The Hybrid model is designed for workers who are constantly changing between employment and self-employment placement dependent on their current “supervision, direction and control” status. This model allows tax relief on trave from one location to another as contractor are verified as multi-site engaged using our SDC test for each of their placements.

How Does it work?

Registration : Registration is quick, easy and can be done over the phone. Once you’ve provided us with all of your details we’ll send you your own personal login details for our online portal where you’ll be able to access all of your personal information, pay slips etc.

Compliance :  Once you are registered we would need to obtain your compliance information such as proof of address and identity along with a copy of your passport which can be uploaded on the registration form or emailed, so we can verify you as a multisite engaged worker. This is a simple process that can be done over the phone, via email or online.
